2 Cups 100% Whole Wheat Flour
6 Tbsp Pure Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup pure soft water
1/2 tsp sea salt
Sift four with salt. Blend oil and water. Pour over flour; mix and knead lightly. Roll out very thin ( approx. 1/8 inch). Score with a dull knife into 1inch squares. Bake in a slow – moderate oven (325 – 350 degrees F) until golden brown; being careful not to burn edges.
